Atty. Blake Feken founded his own professional real estate services company – RealtyPro & Diligence, Inc.- in 2014 based in the central business district of Makati City, Philippines.

Atty. Feken earned the distinction of being the first professional to top both the real estate broker licensure examination (July 2014) and real estate appraiser licensure examination (August 2014) administered by the Professional Regulation Commission.

Atty. Feken has more than twenty (20) years of experience in conducting due diligence examinations or title search/investigations of various real estate located throughout the Philippines, and negotiating and documenting various real estate acquisitions for multinational and local clients, as the founder of his professional realty services company and as a former lawyer at the top-tier and leading law firm, the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW). He likewise has extensive exposure in agrarian reform, zoning and land use, land use conversion and reclassification, ancestral land & domain issues, real estate dispute resolution & prevention, estate settlement, administrative titling, and taxation of real estate and real estate transactions, among others.

Atty. Feken is a trained arbitrator and member of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

He is a co-author of the book “A Legal Guide to Doing Business in the Asia-Pacific” published in the United States by the American Bar Association in 2010, particularly for the Philippine chapter. He is likewise a co-author of the book “Philippines-International Joint Ventures-2nd Ed.”, published in the United States by Juris Publishing, Inc. in 2012.

Atty. Feken obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2004 and was part of the Dean’s List and Top 5 of the graduating class. He passed the 2004 bar examinations and was admitted to the bar in 2005. He obtained his pre-law degrees of Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Louis University, Baguio City, in 1999, and subsequently taught for 1 year at the University of Baguio as an English and Social Sciences Instructor.

As a proud member of the Bontoc tribe, he seeks to relentlessly follow the path of a “pinakarsu” or indigenous peacemaker, diplomat, negotiator, intermediary, go-between, broker, or mediator, empowered with the end in mind of transforming conflicts and disputes creatively and constructively to ensure win-win-win outcomes benefiting the disputants and affected stakeholders.
