• troubleshooting, remediation and/or risk-mitigation of flagged legal and technical issues or concerns involving or affecting the Site Lots
• informal price assessment of the Site Lots through investigation of comparable real estate selling/listing prices, for a Broker’s Price Opinion thereon
• breakthrough negotiation with the registered or declared owners of the Site Lots, or heirs thereof (if deceased) or transferees thereof (if previously transferred), for the acquisition or lease of the Site Lots, including legal and technical documentation of the transaction
• legal documentation and troubleshooting of landownership documents and issues, including estate settlement/transfer deed documentation up to ownership transfer processing to and in the name of the contracting party and cancellation of annotated liens and encumbrances
• administrative titling of untitled Site Lots classified as alienable and disposable land or agricultural land
• reclassification of agricultural Site Lots
• exemption or conversion of agricultural Site Lots
• title transfer processing of acquired Site Lots to and in the name of client or its qualified landholding company or lease registration of leased Site Lots
